1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, or using any service provided by 678bad, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use 678bad, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.

678bad reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, address, and payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period specified by 678bad may result in suspension of your account and restriction of withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Management

Each player may hold only one active account. Where 678bad identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual — by mobile number, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other identifier — 678bad may close all but one account, void bets placed on duplicate accounts, and withhold balances pending investigation. Players are obliged to notify 678bad immediately if they become aware that a duplicate account exists. Your account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person. 678bad is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of account sharing.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on 678bad are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved in writing by the 678bad finance team. Withdrawal requests submitted during support hours (9:00 AM – 12:00 AM BST, UTC+6) are typically processed within 10 minutes. Requests submitted outside support hours will be queued and processed at the next available opportunity. 678bad reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

Players must not deposit funds that originate from illegal or unauthorised sources. By making a deposit, you confirm that you are the authorised account holder of the payment method used and that the funds belong to you.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

678bad offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback, and VIP rewards. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless superseded by specific promotion terms:

• A welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit. Specific wagering requirements and eligible games are stated in the welcome offer page.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated expiry period. Bonus funds that expire before wagering requirements are completed are forfeited without compensation.
• 678bad reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion has already been claimed, the original terms at the time of claiming shall apply.
• Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or arbitrage bets to clear wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players — will result in forfeiture of all bonus balances and may lead to account suspension.
• Promotional offers are available to players in Bangladesh only and are not transferable.

6. Game Rules and Betting

All games and betting markets available on 678bad are governed by their individual game rules as determined by the relevant game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). These rules are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a technical fault, game malfunction, or connectivity error during a game round, 678bad will follow the settlement procedures published by the relevant provider. Where a provider's rules do not cover a specific situation, 678bad's decision shall be final.

For sports betting markets, 678bad follows standard market rules. Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond the stated settlement window, or abandoned without a result will be voided and stakes returned. In-play bets accepted after a significant event (such as a wicket in cricket or a goal in football) that was not yet reflected in the displayed odds may be voided at 678bad's discretion if the acceptance was clearly erroneous.

678bad does not accept liability for lost profits arising from technical failures, connectivity interruptions, or errors that occur outside 678bad's direct control, including failures at third-party game providers or payment processors.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the prior written consent of 678bad.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 678bad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 678bad has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 678bad's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

10. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Please include your registered mobile number, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. 678bad will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full response within five business days.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the support team's response, you may escalate the matter to a senior member of the 678bad management team by requesting escalation in your follow-up correspondence. 678bad's final written decision on any dispute shall be binding on both parties unless otherwise required by applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the jurisdiction in which 678bad is registered. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure set out in Section 10 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall limit 678bad's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

12. Amendments to These Terms

678bad reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, affected players will be notified via their registered contact details at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless earlier implementation is required for legal, security, or regulatory reasons. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at 678bad.pro/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
